Exness, I've been using this to trade forex and indices, etc. It used to be quite stable, always depositing and withdrawing. This time it shows that I'm not allowed to withdraw, saying I need to send a video verification address and then upload it to customer service, but my customer service page can't be opened either. Moreover, during normal trading, profitable orders were forcibly closed to zero, while losing orders had normal losses. This is too shady. I can deposit normally, but cannot withdraw!
