The Seychelles Financial Services Authority(FSA) is an autonomous regulatory body responsible for the non-bank financial services in Seychelles. Established under the Financial Services Authority Act, 2013, FSA is responsible for permitting and regulating licenses, enforcing regulatory and compliance requirements, monitoring and supervizing the conduct of business in the non-bank financial services sector in Seychelles. The regulated activities include fiduciary services, capital market & collective investment schemes, insurance, gambling. FSA is also responsible for the registration of international business companies, foundations, limited partnership and international trust in Seychelles.

This notice is issued by the Financial Services Authority ("FSA") pursuant to section 4(1)(m) of the Financial Services Authority Act, 2003 in relation to the trading platform, Wise Trade FX.
It has been brought to the FSA’s attention that the online trading platform Wise Trade FX (https://wisetradefx.com) is claiming to be under the regulatory purview of the FSA. The public is hereby informed that Wise Trade FX does not hold any licences issued by the FSA to undertake such type of activity. Therefore, the entity is not being regulated by the FSA nor has it been in the past.
The FSA strongly urges investors and members of the public to exercise caution in respect to the services offered by Wise Trade FX.
