Process

The on-site inspection team for this issue went as planned to Hong Kong, China to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker XINSHENG. According to public information, its office address is Room 1511, 15th Floor, Beverley Commercial Centre, 87-105 Chatham Road South, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon.

A professional and experienced inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously vet for investors, proceeded according to a meticulous plan to the address of 87-105 Chatham Road South, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong, China, at the Beverley Commercial Centre, to conduct a physical verification of the broker XINSHENG claiming to be located at this address.

The inspectors successfully arrived at the Beverley Commercial Centre, located on Chatham Road South, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. The surrounding area is bustling with a strong commercial atmosphere. No company signage or related information for XINSHENG was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspectors entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security personnel. After communication, they obtained permission to enter. The directory board inside the building displayed information for other companies at this address. The inspectors inquired with the security personnel, who informed them to refer to the directory board.

Upon reaching the target floor, the 15th floor, the inspectors found no prominent signage for XINSHENG in the office area. The inspectors were unable to enter the interior and could not photograph XINSHENG's reception area or its logo. Furthermore, the office was not a shared workspace.

As only other companies were seen upon entering the building, and no information about this broker was found within, a comprehensive judgment concludes that it does not exist.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it is confirmed that broker XINSHENG does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The on-site investigator visited the forex broker XINSHENG in Hong Kong, China as planned. At its publicly displayed business address, no information such as the broker's company name could be seen, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises.
