In this issue, the on-site inspection team went to the United Kingdom as planned to conduct a field visit to the forex broker SwissChains. According to public information, its office address is City Business Centre, 2 London Wall, London EC2M 5UU.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously vet for investors, traveled to the United Kingdom according to a well-planned schedule to conduct a physical verification of the broker SwissChains, which claims to be located at City Business Centre, 2 London Wall, London EC2M 5UU.

The inspectors successfully arrived at the target area. The location is in central London, a luxurious office building complex consisting of two towers. The surrounding area is bustling with a strong commercial atmosphere. A directory board was photographed in one of the buildings, while the other building had no directory board inside; the reception desk only displayed a company name, which was the same as the name on the building exterior. However, no signage or relevant information for SwissChains was found on the exterior of either building.

The inspectors entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security guard or staff. After communication, they were granted permission to enter.

However, the inspectors did not find any clear signage indicating the office area of SwissChains. Since no information about the company was seen inside the building, and upon inquiry, the receptionist stated they were unaware of the company, the inspectors were unable to reach a specific floor, confirm the exact location, or enter the company's interior. Furthermore, the office was not a shared workspace.

From the lobby area, the inspectors could not observe the internal office environment of the company, making it impossible to judge whether it aligns with its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that broker SwissChains does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The on-site inspection team visited the forex broker SwissChains in the UK as planned. At its publicly displayed business address, they were unable to see information such as the broker's company name, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
