Reasons for Field Survey

Hong Kong, being an international financial center, is home to one of the most significant forex markets globally. Characterized by high internationalization, active trading, and strict regulation, it holds a pivotal position in global forex trading. To assist investors in gaining a comprehensive and precise understanding of forex brokers in this region, the surveyors conducted field surveys in Hong Kong.

Field Survey Process

The field survey team visited the broker Zhong Jia in Hong Kong as planned, with the office address publicly shown as Room 1516, 15th Floor, Star House, 3 Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

The dedicated survey team carried out an on-site verification of Zhong Jia with a responsible attitude towards investors based on this address.

The surveyors arrived at Star House in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. The building, located near the Victoria Harbour, provides a beautiful view. The company area and street environment are well-maintained, with many companies, mainly small and medium-sized financial firms, operating in the vicinity, making for a strong business atmosphere. The team could clearly photograph the entire building from the outside, but found no signs of Zhong Jia.

Upon entering the neat and orderly lobby, they could see the company name “Zhong Jia,” providing preliminary guidance to the location.

The surveyors went to the 15th floor and accurately located Room 1516. Upon arrival, they found no company logo within the building. They couldn't access the interior but observed the reception desk and logo from the outside. The premises weren't shared, and the interior had a solid office environment. However, they didn't find any substantial evidence of Zhong Jia's presence there. The fact they “found the corresponding door number on the floor, but no logo” further confirmed that the company was not operating at this location.

Therefore, the survey confirmed that the broker Zhong Jia did not have a real business presence at this location.
