Process

The on-site inspection team visited the forex broker MGK International in Malaysia as planned. According to public information, its office address is Lot 19, Level 1, Suite A, Lazenda Commercial Centre Phase 3, Jalan OKK Abdellah, 87000 Labuan F.T., Malaysia.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously safeguard investors' interests, meticulously planned and traveled to Malaysia to conduct an on-site verification of the dealer MGK International purportedly located at Lot 19, Level 1, Suite A, Lazenda Commercial Centre Phase 3, Jalan OKK Abdellah, 87000 Labuan F.T., Malaysia.

The inspector successfully arrived at the target building. The location is not a traditional office building, and there is no obvious commercial atmosphere in the surrounding environment, making it relatively ordinary overall. No company logos or related information were found on the exterior of the building.

The inspector entered the building lobby but found no directory or company information. After explaining the purpose to the security personnel, permission to enter was not granted.

Due to restricted access, the surveyor was unable to reach the target floor or locate prominent signage for MGK International within the building. The surveyor could not enter the interior, nor photograph the reception area or its logo. Additionally, this office is not a shared workspace.

Through the doorway, the surveyor was unable to observe the internal environment of the company due to being unable to enter.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it was confirmed that the dealer MGK International does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The on-site investigator visited the forex broker MGK International in Malaysia as planned. At the publicly displayed business address, no information such as the company name of the broker was found, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
