The inspectors successfully arrived at Crawford House, located at 70 Queens Road, Central, Hong Kong. The surrounding area is bustling with a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no signage or relevant information of the company was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspectors entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security guard. After brief communication, they obtained permission to enter.

Upon reaching the target floor, the 11th floor, the inspectors found that the office area of HOFEX LIMITED had no prominent signage and no security measures. As no information about this broker could be found, the inspectors were unable to enter the premises. Furthermore, they could not photograph the reception desk or its logo, and the office was not a shared workspace.

From the public areas on the floor, the inspectors could not observe the internal environment or conditions of the company. Overall, there were no signs that could prove the existence of this broker. Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that broker HOFEX LIMITED does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The team was unable to see any information such as the broker's company name at the address, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises.
