In this issue, the on-site inspection team went as planned to Hong Kong, China, to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker ACDEX. According to publicly available information, its office address is Room 1305, 13/F, Tower A, New Mandarin Plaza, 14 Science Museum Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously vet for investors, proceeded according to a well-planned schedule to New Manhua Centre, Tower A, 14 Science Museum Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong, China, to conduct a physical verification of the broker ACDEX, which claimed to be located in Room 1305, 13th Floor at this address.

The inspectors successfully arrived at New Manhua Centre, Tower A. The location is situated on Science Museum Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, with a bustling surrounding environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. No company signage or related information for ACDEX was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspectors entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security personnel. After brief communication, they obtained permission to enter. No information about this company was found on the internal directory board.

Upon reaching the target floor, the 13th floor, the inspectors found no clear signage for ACDEX's office area and no security measures. As inquiries at the reception indicated no such company existed, the inspectors were unable to enter the interior, could not photograph the reception area, and noted that the office was not a shared workspace.

From the public areas on the floor, the inspectors could not observe the internal environment of the company. The overall situation did not match its claimed positioning. No information regarding this broker was discovered, leading to the judgment that it was false.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that broker ACDEX does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The on-site investigator visited the forex broker ACDEX at its publicly displayed business address in Hong Kong, China as planned, but could not find information such as the broker's company name, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
