Some investors made phone calls for more information of Australia licensed brokers whose real address were not the same with its regulation address. In response to investors’ strong need, the inspection personnel went to OGFX in Australia to know more about it.

According to the regulatory information, the Australia licensed broker OGFX is located at Suite 706, 1-5 Railway Street, CHATSWOOD NSW 2067. The inspection personnel then visited this place.

The inspection personnel found this old-fashioned building with the help of the regulatory information.

The inspection personnel entered the building and perused the floor guide in the bottom floor lobby but found nothing about OGFX.

In order to ensure the quality of the inspection, the personnel took the elevator to the floor indicated by the regulatory information. After searching the whole story, nothing was found about OGFX. 

Conclusion

The visit by our inspection personnel confirmed that the broker OGFX’ real address was inconsistent with its regulatory address. The license issued by ASIC (reference number 332890) claimed by this broker is under out-of-range operation status. Please be careful when considering this broker.
