The field investigator proceeded to Great Eagle Centre based on the address information to conduct an on-site verification of the dealer FULIXIN claiming to be located at Room 1406, 14th Floor, Great Eagle Centre, 23 Harbour Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

The inspection personnel successfully arrived at Great Eagle Centre, located at Harbour Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. The surrounding environment is average, with a mediocre commercial atmosphere. No company signage or related information was found on the exterior of the building.

The surveyor entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security or staff. After communication, they obtained permission to enter.

Inside the building, the surveyor found company signage, but upon arrival, they did not see the company FULIXIN listed on the signage—instead, another company was displayed. Due to the lack of an appointment, the surveyor was unable to reach the target floor to confirm the exact location or enter the company premises. They could not photograph the reception area or the front desk logo. The office was not a shared workspace.

Through the lobby area, the inspectors were unable to observe the internal environment of the company, and the overall situation remained unclear due to the inability to enter.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it was confirmed that dealer FULIXIN does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The inspection team visited the forex broker FULIXIN at its publicly displayed business address in Hong Kong, China as planned, but found no information such as the company name of the broker, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
