Reasons for Field Survey

Hong Kong, being an international financial center, is home to one of the most significant forex markets globally. Characterized by high internationalization, active trading, and strict regulation, it holds a pivotal position in global forex trading. To assist investors in gaining a comprehensive and precise understanding of forex brokers in this region, the surveyors conducted field surveys in Hong Kong.

Field Survey Process

This period, the field survey team planned to visit the broker Yuanta Futures in Hong Kong. According to public information, its office address is Room 1304, 13th Floor, Tower 1, Admiralty Centre, 18 Harcourt Road, Admiralty, Hong Kong.

The professional survey team, with a responsible attitude towards investors, conducted a field verification on Yuanta Futures based on the above address.

The surveyors went to the Admiralty area in Hong Kong and arrived at Admiralty Centre Tower 1. The company's park and street environment around the building were ordinary, with a strong surrounding commercial atmosphere and convenient transportation. Outside the building, the surveyors were able to clearly photograph the entire building, but no signs of Yuanta Futures were found.

Surveyors entered the building lobby smoothly. The lobby environment was in line with the characteristics of an ordinary commercial building. When checking the lobby's directory, they did not find the company name Yuanta Futures and could not obtain directions to the location of the company.

The surveyors went to the 13th floor, and upon checking the rooms, found that the actual office space belongs to the Zhongzhou company, and saw no traces related to Yuanta Futures, nor was there any logo of the company within the building. Therefore, the surveyors couldn't confirm its specific location, nor could they enter the company interior, subsequently they couldn't photograph the reception and its logo. After confirmation, it was established that the venue is not a shared office space, further proving that Yuanta Futures does not actually operate from there.

Therefore, after the field survey, it was confirmed that the broker Yuanta Futures does not have a real business venue.

They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location.
