However, it is regulated by the Badan Pengass Perdagangan Berjangka Komoditi (BAPPEBTI) in Indonesia and the Jakarta Futures Exchange (JFX), with regulatory licenses 184/BAPPEBTI/SI/II/2003 and SPAB-046/BBJ/06/02, respectively. While the FCA revocation is concerning, the BAPPEBTI and JFX licenses provide some level of oversight. As a trader, I’m cautious because the revocation of the FCA license limits the regulatory protection.
