Is Finex a safe and legit broker?
In my opinion, Finex is a legitimate broker due to its regulation by BAPPEBTI. This regulatory oversight ensures that Finex follows Indonesia's strict trading laws and protects its clients' funds. From my perspective, being regulated by BAPPEBTI means that Finex has to comply with specific guidelines, such as segregating client funds, which adds a layer of protection for me as a trader. However, because BAPPEBTI is an Indonesian authority, its regulatory reach might not be as robust as regulators in other regions, such as the UK’s FCA. One potential issue for some traders could be that Finex login may be limited to specific regions due to local regulations. Still, for those within the regions Finex is licensed to operate, it is a safe platform for trading. For me, the low minimum deposit of $10 and leverage of up to 1:500 are great features, but I always remind myself that such high leverage can increase both profits and losses.
