Speaking from my experience as a forex trader, I approached Instreet with an expectation of transparency, especially regarding commission charges and spreads, as these have a direct impact on my trading costs and strategy. However, my deep dive into Instreet’s available information revealed some notable gaps. The broker is regulated by ASIC in Australia and operates a Straight Through Processing (STP) model, which is a positive from a regulatory and order execution standpoint. However, I was unable to locate any detailed or concrete figures for minimum spreads or commission structures on their platforms or in public disclosures. This absence of clearly stated fees immediately raised a caution flag for me. In my professional judgment, being able to understand and calculate your total cost of trading before committing funds is absolutely critical. In contrast to other regulated brokers, which typically advertise their fee structure upfront to help clients make informed decisions, Instreet offers only broad categories of investment products—derivatives, options, indices, and ETFs—without specifying trading conditions. This lack of fee transparency leaves too many unanswered questions for my comfort. Given these circumstances, I find it difficult to assess Instreet’s competitiveness on costs. I personally would be hesitant to trade real money with a provider whose commission and spread data are not easily accessible, regardless of their regulatory status. For me, clear disclosure and straightforward access to fee information are indispensable for trust and risk management.
