Even user reviews reflect a mixed bag: while some cite satisfactory service and security, others allege withdrawal concerns. I remain very careful in such cases, as withdrawal reliability is absolutely crucial for my peace of mind. In summary, while Galaxy Futures is a regulated and established broker with a strong presence in China, its limited transparency, communication channels, and potential operational difficulties would make me exercise significant caution before choosing them for active trading. My preference is always for brokers who combine strong regulation, open communication, and straightforward access to information and services.
