In my experience trading with EBSI, the withdrawal process generally reflects what I've observed across other well-regarded, regulated brokers. EBSI is regulated in Hong Kong by the SFC, which does impart some reassurance in terms of their operational standards. According to both my usage and feedback from other clients, after submitting a withdrawal request, the funds can take some time to reach your bank account. For me, processing typically does not occur instantly. The request first needs review and approval by their finance department, and occasionally, when the website’s chat support is unavailable, I’ve had to rely on their phone-based customer service for updates. In one case, my withdrawal was still pending after a day, and the update came later via email. For most transactions I've initiated, the timeframe from request to availability in my account has ranged from a couple of business days up to about a week, though delays can occur if additional verification is needed or if there are public holidays. I always recommend contacting support if a withdrawal seems unusually delayed, as responsiveness tends to be reasonable but not immediate. This approach aligns with my general caution: I do not assume funds will be available right away and always plan my trading and withdrawals accordingly.
