For me, the evidence of historic withdrawal issues strongly suggests that there may be substantive delays—or, in some cases, withdrawals might not be processed at all. Given these significant risks and the volume of unresolved complaints, I personally would exercise extreme caution and not depend on any set timeframe for withdrawals with Renaissance Capital, at least until clear, sustained proof of reliable processing is established. This conservative attitude has served me well in protecting my capital, especially with brokers facing persistent allegations.
