In the case of UBS, despite their regulated status and sophisticated offerings, I would not proceed without written confirmation of all fees and withdrawal terms from official support channels. The high volume of negative feedback regarding withheld withdrawals or sudden charges suggests potential operational issues. Therefore, for me, transparent fee schedules and responsive, knowledgeable support are non-negotiable requirements before trading or depositing large sums.
