This lack of transparency is something I can't overlook, as clear fee disclosures are fundamental for making informed, risk-sensitive decisions. Furthermore, Apex Trader Funding is not regulated by any recognized financial authority, which introduces additional risks. From my perspective, trading with an unregulated entity means that structures around commissions and account types may not meet the stringent standards demanded by reputable industry bodies, and recourse in the event of disputes could be limited or unavailable. Without regulatory oversight or established product standards, I personally find it challenging to trust that commissions—if any—would be handled with the fairness or disclosure I require for my own trading. If commission costs or spread structures are important for your trading strategy, my advice is to exercise caution and consider alternatives where fee transparency and oversight are guaranteed.
