You ping them, and then you wait, and wait... it's like they're running on low batteries or something. And when you finally get someone, they often sound like they're reading a script from another galaxy. Like, ASIC changes, anyone? They're clueless. It's like trying to have a conversation with a brick wall. Now, let's talk about their AML process for funding. I had to cancel my card due to fraud, right? But OnePro insists on refunding to that canceled card. I've explained it a zillion times, but it's like talking to a brick wall again. Changing cards should be easier than solving a Rubik's Cube with your eyes closed, but not for OnePro. 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️
