In my personal experience and after examining FFG Securities’ offering, it’s essential to clarify that this broker does not support trading of indices, including instruments like the US100 (Nasdaq 100). Their product lineup is focused exclusively on stocks, bonds, ETFs, REITs, and investment trusts. There is no access to forex, commodities, indices, or cryptocurrencies. This was a significant consideration for me, as I often seek index exposure alongside other assets, and the lack of such instruments immediately limits the broker’s usefulness for multi-asset strategies. Furthermore, FFG Securities’ fee structure prioritizes domestic and foreign equities, with notable distinctions between face-to-face and online trading. For example, online trades benefit from sizable commission discounts compared to in-person orders. However, since index products are not listed among the supported tradable assets, I would not factor in any index-related costs when considering this broker. As a rule, I always verify the asset range before assessing cost-effectiveness, and in this case, anyone interested in index trading should look elsewhere. This underscores why confirming a broker's product scope is a fundamental step before funding an account or developing a trading plan.
