After a year, I upgraded to "Silver" level. They said I'd get "dedicated customer service," but the response speed was just like regular customer service. The only perk was "one free withdrawal per month," but nothing else. I was quite disappointed. I didn't feel a sense of accomplishment from upgrading. I felt like the tier system was just a gimmick; it didn't really motivate me.
