My deposit failed due to a network outage. My funds were deducted but never reached my account. After contacting customer service, they said they would refund them within three business days. I received the refund the next day, which was quite prompt. The process is a bit cumbersome, though, requiring me to submit my payment receipt and bank card information. It would have been much better if the system could have simplified the process and automatically refunded my funds. Overall, it's reliable.
