I have tried unsuccessfully to deposit, and I have also provided the screenshot of the final error message TWICE, which proves that all required information was filled out correctly, because the button would be greyed out if any field was incomplete. But both times their support staff, without reading the conversation thread, would ask for the exact same screenshot again. Next, the customer service team claimed the credit card information was incomplete, which is not true, because it would not be possible to proceed if any field was left blank
