One of the things I like most about MH Markets is the transparency and clear policies. They clearly list minimum deposit requirements (USD 50 for Standard, USD 100 for Prime, USD 1,000 for ECN), so there were no surprises. They also clearly describe how withdrawals are handled (same-day if requested before 16:00 GMT+2, otherwise next business day) and note that some delay depends on your bank.
