Huixin is an unregulated platform located at Canada. The customer service department is at HK which means that you cannot find the company. The platform online customer service is same with Anto's. No customer service phone number. It is a clone company which means that the customer service will not reply nor find the platform. They freeze the account for no reason resulting the inability of withdrawal. The online customer service does not deal with it nor reply.

Huixin and Antonio global platform abscond

Huixin and Antonio global platform has same customer service phone and online customer service staff, but the two companies deny the relationship between them. Clone company that deceive customers. The client reflect the problems to platform and they freeze their account fo no reason. It responses at the beginning and say that there will be an agent to inform and promise to answer in 3-7 working days. It has been 15 workings days now. The customer service does not reply anymore nor contact the platform. It just a fraud company. I hope that everyone does not be deceived anymore.

Huixin is unable to withdraw and freeze the client account without any reason

Huixin and Anto Global belongs to sam company. The online service and phone customer service is same. Huixin freeze the client account for no reason for a month, reasulting inability of withdrawal. I contact the online customer service and there is no replies. They just quit without response.

Huixin has serious slippage and needs to deposit in a urgent situation. The deposit channel is abnormal and the customer service does not reply the message which lead the insufficient of margin and loss of liquidation. The platform does not deal with it now.

The cusotmer service of Huixin software and phones are all Anto Global. There is a problem with the platform. I cannot reach the Huixin from phone calls. The customer serivce does not reply at all.

Huixin and Anto Global are same fraud platform, but they deny the relationship with each other. The platform does not make any emergency process after the war between Russia and Ukarine which leading to the problem of funding. I contact online customer service and telephone customer service for emergency processing. The customer service will not handle it for more than three hours, and there will be no reply. The platform shied away from this problem and froze the account for no reason. After half a month of waiting, it responded to the phone on March 17, and will make corresponding compensation for this part. In the morning, I told the manager to ask for leave, and replied on Monday. On March 21, I received a call notification, no compensation, and will not answer the phone! Investment needs to be cautious. Huixin Gold and Anton Global are both fraudulent companies, and they are the same company.
