I deposited through cryptocurrency. Their deposit page didn't specify which network channel to use; it only provided a QR code and an account number. I made the payment using the QR code. They refused to deposit or refund my money, claiming they haven't integrated that network. I consulted the customer service of OuYi, they informed me that such funds would still reach the other party's account albeit without transaction notifications.
