Katexin told me that my account has become forced liquidation through email. Please comment. The trading in pic 1 was normal. The pic 2 could reflect that the platform had manipulated my position. My principal is more than 23,000,with only 1.2-lot position. How could the liquidation happen?

Can anyone explain to me? When I held the position, the scam platform modified the spread into $60 per pip from $1!

I deposited $5000 into Marex Spectron on last November 4th. On 7th, I deposited $2000 again. After I trading for while, the platform transferred into another platform named sprattfore, then into Katexin , with the reason of system upgrading. I applied for withdrawal respective on Jan. 20th and Feb. 3rd, which was always under verification. The customer service didn’t respond. Today, I found that my account with $20000 or so had become negative $776.

The customer service will claim that the first withdrawal needs 2 weeks for processing and then the fund will be received within 2 hours.Having received the email of successful withdrawal, I still haven’t received the fund.And I found that I had been deleted by the customer service.Stay away the scam platform.
