TenTrade offers a relatively straightforward fee structure. The PRO Account has no commission but spreads start at 1.2 pips, which is acceptable for me as a beginner. If I go for the ECN Account, the spreads are raw and start from 0 pips, but there’s a $3.5 commission per lot. The BONUS Account requires just a $50 deposit, but spreads are higher, starting at 1.8 pips. It really depends on my trading style and capital.
TenTrade offers a wide range of instruments including Forex, commodities, indices, and shares, which gives me a lot of variety. I would have liked to see cryptocurrencies and bonds offered, but the available instruments are still pretty diverse, especially for someone like me who likes to trade various asset classes.
While TenTrade is regulated by the Seychelles FSA, which ensures a basic level of security, the fact that it's offshore raises concerns for me. The unverified CySEC status also doesn’t inspire complete trust. I would need to consider my risk tolerance carefully before investing larger amounts, as the level of investor protection is not as strong as with brokers regulated in the EU or UK.
TenTrade offers leverage from 1:1 up to 1:500. As a beginner, I’d be cautious with such high leverage. While it allows for larger positions, it also increases the risk of significant losses. Personally, I’d stick with lower leverage until I get more comfortable with the platform and my trading strategy.

I started trading with an initial deposit of $100 and successfully grew my balance to $1,200 through legitimate trading, without violating any of your terms and conditions. However, when I tried to withdraw my funds, my withdrawal request was rejected and soon after that, the withdrawal option was completely disabled in my account. I have all the proofs — including screenshots, transaction details, and chat records — that show I traded honestly and followed all platform rules. Despite several attempts to contact your support team through email and live chat, I have received no response at all. This kind of behavior raises serious questions about your platform’s transparency and reliability. I'm completely disappointed with the enTrade platform. Their slippage tactics and shameless attitude are unbearable. As a Vietnamese trader, I primarily trade gold on this platform, but slippage is a frequent and increasingly severe problem. On the 15th, the price of gold was fluctuating around $1,920 per ounce. I planned to place a short order at 1,922, but after submitting the order, it showed that the transaction was completed at 1,925.6, a slippage of 36 points. Three days later, I placed a long order at 1,910, but the transaction was actually completed at 1,906.8, a further slippage of 32 points. The platform seems to deliberately amplify slippage at key points in market fluctuations, especially when important data such as non-farm payrolls and central bank speeches are released. The slippage probability is as high as 90%. It is clear that they are using slippage to exploit investors. This unscrupulous platform must be exposed, and everyone must choose with caution.

Delete user accounts when they have not violated the daily decline. The daily decline is 6%, about 196 USD from 3201 USD. When entering the price, I set the stop loss + commission of 181 USD. When the price is scanned correctly at the stop loss, the account is locked. Change due to violation of risk rules.

I wish I had never come across TenTrade. This has been the worst trading experience of my life. I initially deposited money with them, hoping to trade and withdraw my profits like any normal broker would allow. But that was a huge mistake, Everything seemed fine at first , trading was smooth, and I made some decent profits. But when it came time to withdraw, that’s when the nightmare began. My withdrawal requests were either ignored, delayed indefinitely, or outright rejected with ridiculous excuses. They even had the audacity to accuse me of violating their terms without providing any proof. After weeks of back-and-forth emails and live chats that went nowhere, I realized that TenTrade was never going to let me withdraw my hard-earned money. It’s clear that they are running a scam, trapping traders with fake promises and then refusing to release their funds. I strongly advise anyone thinking about using TenTrade to stay away.

Hi all investors My name is zafar ali. My tentrade mt5 id is 47183. 10tradefx is a scammer broker, don't open account here. tentrade claiming a registered broker. I am telling you all details how they scammed me. I am contacting their regulations. They will be fined and this broker will be banned. I buy DoCU US share by 850$. I only buy 209 shares. After buying shares i still had 550$ free margin. Second day when market opened my profit was 3040$. When i closed trade and placed withdraw, they accept my withdraw and sent me email for accepting my withdraw ( screenshot attached). Second they declined my withdraw and told me i fraud them. What Fraud i do, i just buy us shares and when i saw profit in my account, i just closed trade. Is this fraud to close a trade with profit?. I even don't get any bonus from them so these terms don't apply to me. I traded with my own money. I get loss this broker will not compensate my money. First they deducted all my profit and my balance reduced to 850$ then they deducted 550$ more and now my balance is 300$ which tentrade told me to withdraw ( video attached). I am warning all of you stay away from this broker. If you have any deposit then withdraw as soon as possible. I just want my profit with my capital investment. Otherwise i am posting on other platforms too and regulation authority.
