On October 18, 2021, the commission account number 888807609, I submitted commission application of 620 US dollars and it deducted by MT4 on the same day. On November 1, I submitted commission application of 500 US dollars, it deducted by MT4 on November 2. Another commission application was submitted on November 8 and it was 940 US dollars, and MT4 deducted it on the same day. There were three withdrawals of 2,060 US dollars, and none of them was received. On November 15, the three withdrawals were returned to MT4 and told me through the customer service, and then re-send the email to apply. I learned from the customer service and said that the small withdrawal can be received. I submitted 700, 720, and 600 US dollars,US dollars on December 9th, December 13th, and December 14th respectively. I have also received the withdrawal application and wait patiently, but they have not processed it yet. Many consultations are deceiving customers, fooling customers, but not processing them.
