Trading account: 33514181. Name: Zhang. Account amount: 10200 dollars. MultiBank Group(mex) did not withdraw since November 2021. I contacted the customer service many times and they just told me to wait. The account did not even deducted and did not have any updates. I hope that they can withdraw to maintain my normal life. If everything gets back to normal, I may continue to trade at MultiBank. I am currently angry at the perfunctary attitude of them. I received a reply to the complaint and asked me to contact customer service, and the customer service told me that the customer service department did not have the authority to handle it, and was still trolling.

交易账号：33514181 姓名：张朕祯账户资金：10200美金大通金融公司（mex)，自2021年11月份开始没有出金，反复联系客服只说让等待，账户连扣款都没有，一直没有任何消息。希望出金维持正常生活，如果能恢复正常，我可以继续在大通交易。目前对大通敷衍的态度感到气愤。投诉收到回复让我联系客服，客服又告诉我客服部门没有处理权限，依然是在推托兜圈子。
