My commission account 888807609. I submitted a withdrawal application for 620 dollars on Oct. 18, 2021 and the MT4 deducted it on the same day. On Nov. 1, I submitted withdrawal application for 500 dollars and MT4 deducted it on Nov. 2. On Nov. 8, I submitted another withdrawal application for 940 dollars and MT4 deducted it on the same day. There is total of three withdrawals of 2060 dollars and I have not received any of them. I waited till Nov. 18 and three withdrawal returned to MT4. I inquired the customer service and they said that small withdrawal can be made. I submitted 700, 720, 600 dollars saperately on Dec. 9th, 13th, and 14th. The email also replied that they have received the withdrawal requests. I wait patiently, but it does not process till now. I consult many times and all they do is fooling me and do not process it. Liar.
