An investor, who had been trading on the CWG platform with standard operations and transparent, compliant financial transactions since account opening, faced an unbelievable situation. Merely because a client under the same Introducing Broker (IB) was suspected of violations, CWG abruptly froze the funds in all customer accounts under that entire IB! This indiscriminate action affected dozens of completely innocent traders. CWG's rationale is that if they belong to the same IB, there might be a connection, hence a uniform freezing approach is applied. This almost arbitrary method completely disregards factual evidence, causing many investors to suffer injustices and blatantly exposing CWG's operational and credibility issues! My personal ordeal: $22,780.50 frozen with no response for seven months. As a regular investor trading on the CWG Markets platform, I was fortunate to make some profits. However, when I initiated a withdrawal request, the platform refused to pay out my profits using various excuses and froze my account funds. This money has now been detained for over seven months. During this time, I repeatedly tried to contact the platform through their official email and reached out to the customer manager but never received any substantive response. This situation makes me suspect that CWG Markets is deliberately delaying to avoid paying out customer withdrawals. Major Withdrawal Issues, Platform Reputation Crumbling This is not the first time CWG has faced complaints due to withdrawal issues. Looking at online complaints about CWG, there are many cases where withdrawals are blocked: the platform delays or refuses to pay out large withdrawal requests with excuses like "backend review" or "account anomalies", leaving applications pending indefinitely. Some insiders reveal that CWG might have financial issues and intentionally delays withdrawals for liquidity reasons. Bold guess: Could it be that CWG is planning to abscond? Otherwise, why wouldn't they process customer withdrawals? CWG Markets' tactics are no longer just about delaying payments. By implementing a "guilt by association" policy, they also involve innocent customers in these issues. The freezing of funds not only arbitrarily suppresses the rights of regular traders but also creates panic: once an account encounters problems, all associated investors could become victims. This absurd practice not only insults investors' trust but also blatantly tramples on market rules!
