Poor customer service, it's been 3 weeks since my wallet was blocked. They blocked withdrawals for 2 weeks. They forcibly restored withdrawals due to force majeure, but my web wallet still doesn't work. Supposedly, they were supposed to send me a 2FA code that never arrived, and their excuses are very childish. They say they deactivated this function, yet the problem is obvious.

Incapacidad de retiro/bloqueo de Wallet

Mala atención al cliente, hace 3 semana que tengo bloqueada mí wallet. Me bloquearon el retiro por 2 semanas. Ya me restablecieron por fuerza mayor el retiro pero mí Wallet web no me funciona, supuestamente me deberían enviar el código 2FA que nunca llega y las excusas son muy infantiles. Dicen que me desactivaron está función y sin embargo el problema está a la vista.
