GUYU I am a loyal customer of FXTM. Due to the platform's own technical problems, I encountered a large slippage three times during the transaction on May 22 and May 23. The first time was at 15:14 Beijing time on May 22. I placed multiple orders of 0.5 lots of silver at the current price which displayed on MT4 at that time was about 23.74. But after that, my position price immediately changed to 23.847, causing me a loss of $300 in an instant, and I closed the position at 15:17 pm Beijing time as soon as I found out. From the K-line of MT4, the price of silver has not reached the price of 23.847 for two or three hours. I lost $302.50 due to the technical issues of the platform.
The second time I placed a long order of 0.5 lots of silver at 14:21 pm Beijing time on May 23, and I still placed the order at the current price. The price of the position immediately changed to 23.62, whcih instantly turned into a loss of $280. In order not to be forced to close the position, I closed the position at 14:22 pm Beijing time as soon as I found out, and at the same time when I closed the position at the current price, the price of silver at that time was 23.52. After closing the position, the transaction price turned into 23.413. From the K-line of MT4, the price of silver has never reached the two positions of 23.62 and 23.41. There were no extreme market conditions. I lost $517.50 due to the technical issues of the platform.
The third time I placed a long order of 0.3 lots of silver at 14:45 pm Beijing time on May 23, and I still placed the order at the current price. The position price immediately changed to 23.604, which instantly caused me a loss of 200 US dollars. In order not to be forced to close the position, I closed the position at 14:47 pm Beijing time as soon as I found out. When the position was closed, the price of silver at that time was 23.52, but after closing the position, the transaction price became 23.407. From the K-line of MT4, the price of silver has never reached the two positions of 23.604 and 23.407, and it has not appeared extreme market conditions. I lost $295.50 due to the technical issues of the platform.
So far, this kind of situation has happened many times. This platform modified the transaction price, making me suffer a huge loss of $1115.5. I can no longer bear this, and the platform must fully compensate.
As soon as I found out, I sent relevant emails to explain in accordance with the requirements of the company. The customer service responded that it would be replied in 5 working days at the latest. As of today, it has been a month and the platform has not given me any explanation, and I have not been able to contact the platform. I request for the reply from the broker as soon as possible and the compensation for my losses.
