Abstract:Juan Carlos Reynoso, one of the main executives of OmegaPro, has been arrested by Mexican authorities recently. He has been charged with money laundering, organized crime, and drug trafficking.

About OmegaPro
Omega Pro is a forex broker whose main target market is rooted in Africa. This broker has a special strong existence in the Spanish-speaking world. However, according to much feedback, this broker is not trustworthy as you may think it is. It is not regulated and WikiFX considers it a Ponzi Scheme and has given it a fairly low score of 1.19/10.
OmegaPro dates back to 2019 and has gained a lot of followers in several countries for offering what appears to be a very lucrative and deceptive business offer, as it sells deal packages ranging from $100 to $50,000 and offers monthly returns. Additional income can be generated through referral schemes.
At the end of 2022, Omegapro claimed it had been the victim of a hacking attack that had “temporarily” damaged its operations, which causes a large number of investors unable to withdraw. But according to reports, the leaders of Omega Pro were preparing to abscond with the money by using the “hacker attack” as an excuse.

Juan Carlos Reynoso
Juan Carlos Reynoso, one of the main executives of OmegaPro, has been accused of using traders money to enjoy luxury living. Juan Carlos Reynoso was the manager of omega pro for Latin America. He has citizenship in Peru and he also worked in a company called Black Wall Street Capital.
Juan Carlos Reynoso appeared in various photos and videos posted on OmegaPros social networks, inviting people from more than 100 countries around the world to invest and thus ensure their “financial freedom.” By mid-2022, the case of the omegaPro proof Ponzi scheme thousands of users from various parts of the world who invested in the multilevel marketing platform, splashed the Peruvian businessman.
Omegapro shut its business down at the end of 2022, claiming it had been the victim of a hacking attack that had “temporarily” damaged its operations. In fact, Reynoso himself tried to defend OmegaPro's inability to monetize users in a video conference with users.

The Arrest
According to the report, the executive of the Ponzi Scheme, OmegaPro, Juan Carlos Reynoso, has been arrested by the Mexican authority recently. According to the report, Reynoso was arrested in an operation by Mexican authorities in Anzures, Mexico City, at the offices of Black Wall Street Capital. Mexican police also seized guns, two packets of cocaine, and at least $170,000 in cash. Reynoso has been charged with money laundering, organized crime, and other alleged crimes. Some sources claimed that Reynoso has also been associated with illicit drug trafficking. Because Reeynoso's Black Wall Street Capital was linked to the Jalisco Nueva Generacion Cartel, the latter is an illegal organization led by Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes dedicated to drug trafficking.
In addition to OmegaPro, Reynoso also worked with other firms, such as Go Global and iComTech. He was CEO of iComTech, iComTech is another scam that went bankrupt and left a number of investors with huge property losses.

(Reynoso was arrested by the authorites)
Conclusion
Reynoso's arrest is yet another major blow to OmegaPro and the team behind it, further confirming that OmegaPro is an international scam where the victims remain trapped.
