Founded in Sydney in 2007, AC Capital Markets has evolved from a local institutional provider into a global CFD broker with an active presence across Australia, Europe, Africa, and Asia. In June 2025, the company officially rebranded as ACCM to anchor its international identity. Reaching its latest milestone in July 2026, ACCM opened a new office in Singapore, reinforcing its long-term commitment to the Asia-Pacific region.
From Sydney in 2007 to Singapore in 2026, ACCMs story spans nearly two decades of deliberate, sustainable growth.
Rather than pursuing rapid expansion for its own sake, the companys trajectory has been defined by steady operational growth: securing multi-jurisdictional regulation, establishing on-the-ground regional teams, broadening market insights, and giving back to the communities it serves.
A pivotal moment came in June 2025, when AC Capital Markets officially rebranded as ACCM. The transformation reflected the firm's evolution far beyond its original Australian base. In July 2026, that journey reached a key milestone with the launch of a strategic office in Singapore.
Foundations in Sydney (2007–2015)
AC Capital Markets was founded in Sydney, Australia, in March 2007. Just one month later, the firm secured its regulatory authorization from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC, Licence No. 308159) and began providing liquidity and asset management services to institutional clients.
From the start, the leadership prioritized core stability over speed. Building deep market access and operational capacity allowed the business to extend its institutional services into Europe by early 2008.
Industry accolades soon followed, with Australian awards for order execution in 2008 and further recognition for business growth, transparency, and service excellence over the following years.
Scaling Service and Expertise (2016–2022)
As client demand grew globally, the company focused on expanding its expertise and geographical reach:
· 2017–2021: Earned multiple industry awards recognizing service reliability, trading performance, and brand trust.
· May 2020: Formed its dedicated Research and Analysis Department, uniting regional analysts to provide daily market intelligence for its global client community.
· August 2022: Secured licensing from the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC, Licence No. 700597).
· September 2022: Expanded retail operations across key markets in Africa.
Alongside business growth, the firm deepened its community ties by supporting the Australian Cancer Research Foundation and partnering with local Australian sports and esports initiatives.
Accelerating Regional Growth (2023–2024)
Between 2023 and 2024, the company transitioned into a major multi-regional broker:
· 2023: Established an office in Vietnam, partnered with Italys Serie A football league to expand international visibility, and launched the Executive Dialogue interview series featuring industry leaders.
· December 2023: Opened a global headquarters in Chatswood, Sydney.
· 2024: Hosted regional leadership events, launched live educational market broadcasts, opened an office in Thailand, and obtained licensing from the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA, Licence No. SD198).
· Late 2024: Secured authorization from South Africas Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA, Licence No. 54284) and established an office in Nigeria.
During this period of growth, the company maintained its commitment to social responsibility, providing essential relief and reconstruction supplies to flood-affected communities in Vietnam's Red River region.
Rebranding to ACCM and Global Partnerships
The year 2025 marked a transformational chapter. Following an initial operational presence in Singapore and winning Best CFD Broker Australia 2025 (International Business Magazine), AC Capital Markets officially rebranded as ACCM in June 2025.
The new ACCM brand unified the company's regional operations under one clear, modern global identity. Local presence expanded rapidly across Southeast Asia and Australia, with new office openings in the Philippines (August 2025) and Melbourne (November 2025).
In February 2026, ACCM announced a major partnership with the Prima Pramac Yamaha MotoGP team, bringing the brand to a worldwide sports audience centered on precision, team performance, and endurance.
Anchoring the Future in Singapore
In July 2026, ACCM opened its new office in Singapore, marking its deepest commitment yet to the Asia-Pacific market.
As one of the world's primary financial centers, Singapore serves as an ideal hub to support ACCM's regional growth, foster closer relationships with local partners, and better serve regional traders. From its origins in Sydney in 2007 to its global identity today, ACCM continues its focus on building strong local connections backed by global regulatory standards.
