Compared to other brokers I’ve used, Hafoo Securities’ fees are competitive. The commission fees for Hong Kong stocks (0.025% of the transaction amount) and A-shares (also 0.025% of the transaction amount) are fairly standard, with minimum fees of HK$5 and RMB5, respectively. For US stocks, the fee of US$0.49 per share is reasonable, although it can add up when trading larger volumes. While Hafoo Securities’ fees are competitive in the Hong Kong market, the minimum fees for smaller trades could be a drawback if you are trading small positions. Overall, for medium to large trades, I find the fee structure quite fair and competitive.
