From my perspective, UYS is legit given its long operational history since 2007 and verified physical office in Tokyo. Safety-wise, being FSA-regulated provides a structured environment for securities transactions. However, I always remind myself that “safe” in trading is relative: market risk remains. I personally approach my investments with cautious position sizing and always verify transaction details after logging in via openmarkets login.
