In my experience as an independent trader, I always approach brokers like Tracom with a considerable degree of caution, especially given their unregulated status. For me, the lack of any recognized regulatory oversight is a serious concern. Without such safeguards, it’s difficult to fully trust that the broker adheres to industry standards for transparency, dispute resolution, or the security of client funds. This concern alone impacts my overall sense of reliability regarding their platform. On the topic of customer service, while Tracom offers multiple contact options such as phone, email, and social media channels, I've noticed that a broader support infrastructure doesn’t necessarily equate to prompt or effective client care, especially when there’s no regulatory body to supervise complaint handling or client protection. In regulated environments, I have observed that customer grievances usually get addressed according to established protocols. With Tracom, the absence of this external accountability raises uncertainties for me about whether issues would be resolved fairly. Regarding platform reliability, Tracom operates exclusively via its own mobile app and does not provide demo accounts. This for me is significant; without the ability to test the platform risk-free or compare it against industry-standard trading tools, it’s hard to evaluate execution quality or stability, especially in volatile conditions. Altogether, these points lead me to be very cautious. For my trading activities, trustworthiness and operational transparency are non-negotiable, and unfortunately, Tracom falls short of those standards in critical ways.
