Based on my experience reviewing Motilal Oswal, I found that they offer a range of proprietary mobile trading platforms, including Research 360, TGS, MO API, Stocomo, Riise, and Strategy Builder. For someone like me who values platform flexibility and cross-device accessibility, it’s important to note that all of Motilal Oswal’s supported platforms are mobile applications, and there is a noticeable absence of widely recognized third-party solutions such as MT4, MT5, or cTrader. This is significant for a few reasons. Firstly, platforms like MT4 and MT5 have become industry standards worldwide due to their reliability, broad support for expert advisors, advanced charting, and the robust trading community that surrounds them. Their absence with Motilal Oswal means I wouldn’t have access to the tools, custom indicators, and automation that I’ve come to rely on in my own trading strategies. Furthermore, for traders who appreciate seamless transitions across desktop and web platforms or integration with various trading bots, this lack could be a practical limitation. Ultimately, while Motilal Oswal does provide an assortment of mobile-only proprietary platforms, they do not support MT4, MT5, or cTrader. For me, this restricts the platform choices and specialized features I often count on for comprehensive strategy development and execution. It’s a key consideration for any trader evaluating suitability.
