As an experienced trader, I make it a point to thoroughly investigate potential fees before engaging with any broker, especially less mainstream ones like HCFX. In my review of HCFX, I could not find any explicit mention of inactivity fees in the available information. This absence is notable, but it doesn't necessarily mean such fees do not exist—they simply aren't publicly outlined in the broker's summary or official resources. Given that HCFX's main focus is on institutional FX, treasury, and hedging services rather than typical retail trading, their fee structure may differ significantly from conventional forex brokers. I am also aware that HCFX previously held FCA licenses, but these have now lapsed or been exceeded, which raises further questions about current transparency and regulatory requirements regarding disclosure of all fees, including inactivity charges. Because I couldn't verify these specifics directly, my usual conservative approach is to contact the broker’s support team—through their listed phone or email—before opening or funding an account. In my experience, the lack of clear, upfront information about potential inactivity fees is a concern, as transparency is crucial when entrusting a broker with my funds. Until HCFX provides clear documentation or explicit statements regarding inactivity fees, I would exercise caution and not make any assumptions about the absence or existence of such charges.
