However, as someone who specifically looks for forex and trading options that accommodate different religious and ethical considerations, I carefully reviewed their listed offerings and found no explicit mention of an Islamic (swap-free) account option. This is significant for traders who require compliance with Sharia law, which prohibits paying or receiving interest (riba). Brokers that provide Islamic accounts typically highlight this distinctive feature, as it is an essential factor for many clients in certain regions. The absence of any clear reference to Islamic or swap-free accounts at UBS suggests that such an option may not be available, or at the very least, is not prominently marketed.
