In my experience as a forex trader, legitimacy begins and ends with strict regulatory oversight. When I researched R Wadiwala, I was concerned to find that they currently don’t hold a valid regulatory license, which is a serious red flag for me. While they have been operating for 5-10 years and are registered in India, this alone does not substitute for recognized international regulation. I have always relied on brokers with clear, transparent oversight—primarily because, without it, client protections are minimal and dispute resolution becomes questionable at best. Another point I can’t overlook is R Wadiwala’s extremely low regulatory score, paired with explicit warnings about high potential risk and a suspicious business scope. For someone like myself who is cautious with capital and prioritizes withdrawal safety, this sends a clear warning signal. User feedback is also telling: the only review I encountered described the loss of a substantial sum and an unapproved withdrawal, which for me warrants further skepticism. Although R Wadiwala seems established in India, without current international regulatory credentials and given the risk profile seen here, I would not personally consider their offering safe for my own trading or my community. For those who value capital preservation, my advice is to approach with significant caution and continue researching brokers with proven, strong regulatory protections.
