As an experienced forex trader, my approach to any broker begins with a careful assessment of their regulatory standing and operational transparency. With Monex Europe, I encountered immediate red flags on both fronts. The most significant concern for me was discovering that their UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) payment license has been revoked. In my years of trading, I have found regulatory oversight to be critical—it serves as a safeguard against malpractice and provides traders with avenues for recourse in case of disputes. The revoked license means Monex Europe is currently not subject to the same stringent controls I would expect from a reputable broker, and this naturally increases the risk around all aspects of their service, including payments and withdrawals. When it comes to the specifics of payment methods and the speed of withdrawals, I found little concrete information available. While Monex Europe advertises a range of services—like the Monex Pay platform and multi-currency accounts—the actual process for withdrawing funds, especially whether any instant withdrawal methods are available, is unclear. In my experience, such a lack of transparency over payment processes is a warning sign. Reliable brokers are typically very clear about withdrawal options, timelines, and any associated fees to foster trust and predictability. Given these concerns—especially the absence of valid regulation and insufficient information on withdrawals—I am personally cautious and would not proceed with any sizeable transaction or account funding. For me, the inability to verify instant withdrawal methods adds to the operational opacity, and I would prefer dealing with platforms where such fundamental details are explicitly disclosed and regulated.
