In my experience as a trader who puts a premium on security and transparency, the clearest disadvantage with Fortune is its total lack of valid regulation. This single factor is a decisive red flag for me: engaging with an unregulated broker exposes client funds to significant and uncontrollable risks, as there’s no legal recourse or regulatory oversight if issues arise. The WikiFX summary highlights Fortune’s “suspicious regulatory license” and “high potential risk” warnings, which for me means I would proceed with serious caution, if at all. Another disadvantage that stands out is the limited range of tradable instruments. Fortune only offers equities and derivatives, so those seeking diversification through forex, commodities, indices, or even stocks and ETFs will find their choices restricted. Adding to this, there’s no demo account option, which I see as a missed opportunity for new users to test the platform safely. On the plus side, Fortune has been operating for 5-10 years, which suggests some experience in the market, and its customer service offers varied contact points, enabling communication when needed. However, longevity by itself isn’t a substitute for transparent, regulated operations. Ultimately, for me, the risks associated with Fortune’s unregulated status outweigh potential conveniences, making it unsuitable for my professional trading needs.
