Despite their claim of offering diverse trading platforms and financial services, neither their website nor public-facing resources provide comprehensive breakdowns on how much clients might pay in trading fees, including spreads, commissions, or other potential hidden costs. This omission means I cannot accurately assess whether their fee structure is competitive or fair compared to regulated brokers. From experience, such a lack of disclosure is particularly problematic, as unforeseen fees or wide spreads can erode trading profitability. For me, “unknown costs” are a significant risk in themselves. Compounding this is the fact that VNDIRECT operates without recognized financial regulation, which removes a crucial layer of client protection and recourse in the event of fee disputes. Ultimately, the absence of transparent information around trading fees and account costs at VNDIRECT makes me very cautious—I would personally avoid depositing funds or initiating trades until full details were both available and verified. For anyone valuing cost transparency, this is a major red flag.
