In fact, from what I observed, Carlyle is not regulated as a retail broker and doesn’t actually offer retail trading accounts or forex/CFD trading services at all. Their focus appears to be on institutional asset management for private equity, credit, and broader investment solutions—none of which involve standard retail trading products or conditions. For me, this total lack of transparency around costs, combined with the fact that Carlyle operates without oversight from any recognized financial regulator, means I would be extremely hesitant to pursue any kind of trading activity here. Without regulation or published trading terms, there's no way for a trader to understand costs, dispute executions, or ensure basic client protections. In my experience, these are red flags that I simply can’t ignore.
