In my experience with VPS, there are several factors I continually monitor with caution, especially around customer support and platform stability. One of my primary concerns is the absence of regulation—VPS operates without oversight from any recognized financial authority. For me, this alone introduces a heightened need for careful risk management, as there is no external body ensuring minimum standards or client protection. Regarding customer support, while I have found their team helpful during normal hours, I have personally noticed, and also heard from other users, that response times can lag during peak trading periods. When I have encountered issues or needed clarification, delays were not uncommon, and in fast-moving markets, this can be frustrating and risky. Timely support is vital in forex trading, and these delays have made me cautious about relying on VPS during critical moments. As for platform stability, my direct experience has generally been positive; I have not faced frequent freezes or sudden downtime. However, I remain vigilant, as the lack of regulation increases my inherent wariness—unregulated brokers may not always have robust systems or recourse in the event of technical issues. Overall, while VPS offers a feature-rich platform, the lack of regulatory backing and inconsistent support response times require me to remain prudent and limit my exposure. These aspects are crucial for safeguarding my capital and maintaining peace of mind in my trading activities.
