Regarding the "Graph Not Updating Automatically" issue, common causes include:
1. MT4/MT5 app not being the latest version – Please download and install the latest version from the official MetaTrader website.
2. Device incompatibility or malfunction – Try using another device to test stability.
3. Server connection issue (for PC) – On the login screen, click the refresh button next to "Server" and select the server with the lowest latency.
4. Data center switch (for mobile) – Go to "Settings," long-press the MetaTrader logo until the device vibrates. The system will automatically connect to the DC Server.
5. Unstable internet connection – Try switching networks (e.g., between Wi-Fi and mobile data) and log in again.
